I am a pastor at The Church at Cherrydale in Greenville, SC. I married Sarah in 2003, and we have four children: Corrie, Avery, Hudson, and Willa.
I completed my formal education in 2015, earning a PhD in Applied Theology from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Along with this degree, I also have a MDiv from Southeastern and a MA in Biblical Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
I've served on a church staff since 1998. Before coming to Cherrydale, I served alongside the great team at Crosspoint Church in Clemson, SC. They sent us back to Greenville to start a church in 2009, and I've served as teaching pastor in this church for the last six years.
